Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a payment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding project cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Should the client wish to cancel acceptance of the quotation, Prime Programmer will invoice the client for any work completed to date, as a percentage of the total work involved.
Key Points:
- Work completed is billed as percentage of total
- Cancellation must be communicated in writing
- Final invoice based on work completed
Refund Policy
Refund Timeline:
If approved, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Refund Conditions:
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 7 working days
- Subject to cancellation fee deduction
Cancellation Fee Structure
The minimum cancellation fee will be 45% of the accepting quotation
How It Works:
- Client initiates cancellation - Written notice required
- Work assessment - We calculate percentage of work completed
- Minimum fee applied - 45% of total quotation amount
- Final invoice - Based on work completed + minimum fee
Should the client wish to cancel acceptance of the quotation, the following process applies:
- Submit cancellation request in writing via email
- We will assess the percentage of work completed
- Invoice generated for work completed + applicable fees
- Final settlement within 7 working days

The following items/services are non-refundable:
- Domain registration fees
- Hosting charges (already utilized period)
- Third-party software licenses
- Payment gateway setup fees
- Custom software development (after commencement)
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:
Via Email:
Send cancellation request to cancellations@primeprogrammer.com with:
- Invoice/Order number
- Reason for cancellation
- Project details (if applicable)
Via Client Portal:
Login to your client dashboard and submit cancellation request under "Services" section.
